Brief introduction:
During the production processes in cosmetics, food packaging, beverage industry and commodity industry, various defective products cannot be avoided. If factories couldn’t deal with these issues in time, they will lead to a decline in products’ qualities. •    To detect defects around bottlenecks: including two-port, shear mark, crack, break, abrasion, etc.
•    To detect bottle’s cap: including tall cap, crooked cap, missing cap, etc.
•    To detect printed character and laser character: including quantity of laser character, whether printed character is       missing or not.
•    To detect label’s position and information: including whether label is broken or not, position is correct or not,                 barcode, QR code, etc.

1、Visual inspection of PET bottleneck’s defects

Inspection Process:

Materials moves to the photoelectric sensor, triggers the camera acquisition,then the camera acquisition gets the images and sends them out for algorithm analysis. When the algorithm analysis gets its result, it will send signals to IO card, then the IO cared transfers into PLC control system. According to the result, PLC will control the switch of the device that eliminate wastes.

2、Quality inspection of PET bottle’cap

Inspection Process:

Materials moves to the photoelectric sensor, triggers the camera acquisition,then the camera acquisition gets the images and sends them out for algorithm analysis. If the caps are taller than expected, missing or crooked, the signal “1” will be sent to PLC system via serial communication. PLC system starts the control, uses manipulator to grab NG products to fixed box.

Problem solving: To detect whethter the PETbottle’s cap is too tall, crooked or missing, etc.

3、Quality inspection of PET bottle’s lable

Materials moves to the photoelectric sensor, triggers the camera acquisition,then the camera acquisition gets the images and sends them out for algorithm analysis. If the caps are taller than expected, missing or crooked, the signal “1” will be sent to PLC system via serial communication. PLC system starts the control, uses manipulator to grab NG products to fixed box.

Problem solving: To detect whether label is broken or not, position is correct or not, missing, etc.

4、Inspection Process of printed character and laser character

Laser character on the surface. Using the combinational lighting system, it ensures uniformity of character imaging by a diffuse reflection light, also adds the fill light in the surrounding. Even if the bottle labels are rotated at a certain angle, accurate laser characters can be caught.

Problem solving: To detect whether the characters are broken or missing.

5、 Inspection system of tufting hair

Inspection Process:

Materials moves to the photoelectric sensor, triggers the camera acquisition,then the camera acquisition gets the images and sends them out for algorithm analysis. If the hairs on the toothbrushes are missing, the motion control system will send out the signal, uses manipulator to grab NG products to fixed box.
